What is NLP?

Within my coaching, when appropriate, I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP methods and techniques are used to help reprogramme our patterns of behaviour and the way we think.

Sometimes we are all too quick to blame circumstances, situations or other people for the way our lives are headed or what has happened to us. Through NLP we can discover the only person that is actually holding us back is ourselves.

The way we see the world, the way we interpret what others say and do, the way we view ourselves and what has happened to us in the past and even the language we use can all determine how we feel at any moment.

Working with NLP techniques we can discard unwanted emotional baggage or behaviours, learn new techniques to make our world a happier place and stop getting in our own way.
